For the first time in Banja Luka, we are launching education about cyber safety of children on the internet under the name Cyber Heroes. Before the program begins, we organize introductory meeting for parents to present the concept of education, the topics we cover and the way we work, and to answer all questions before applying.
Children today spend a lot of time online (phone, social networks, games), and parents often lack a clear framework: what are the real risks, how to recognize them and how to set rules and protective measures. This introductory meeting is here to get the full picture and decide if education is the right choice for your child.
That's why we organize an introductory meeting for parents before the program starts. In addition, you will receive clear information and be able to ask questions before applying. Finally, we go over all the details about enrollment and the next steps together.
However, the goal is not to scare you, but to give you practical steps.

What is the “Cyber Heroes” education?
Cyber Heroes is a program intended for children aged 9–15 years which teaches children through practical examples and tasks:
- recognizing risky situations online
- protection of privacy and personal data
- dealing with inappropriate content and environmental pressures
- steps for parents to respond if the problem has already occurred
What do you get by coming to the introductory meeting?
At the introductory meeting you will learn:
- how education is structured and what working with children looks like
- What topics and situations does the program cover (fraud, fake profiles, manipulation, cyberbullying, privacy)
- how parents can support their child at home through simple rules and routines
- answers to your questions before applying
This is not a classic lecture — a meeting is meant to be open discussion in a small group, where you have the space to ask anything that interests you.
Who is this introductory meeting for?
For parents of children aged 9–15 years who want to:
- to better understand digital risks
- to get to know the concept of education before applying
- to receive clear information and recommendations for their child
